Meet The Chef / Owner
Sam Androutsos has over 15 years experience as a Chef. Sam gained his qualification in his home town Dubbo of NSW working at Matilda’s Family Restaurant, where he rose to become head chef.
Sam has also worked at other quality restaurants such as Quay West, Brisbane and has travelled overseas honing in on his fine cooking skills.
Sam brings to Sambo’s his enthusiasm and passion for food and his ability to share this with his family, staff and customers.
As this is Sam’s business, he is passionate about the direction in which it takes
